The Balanced Is Your Diet?


1. Usually have breakfast:

A. Juice / orange juice and toast.
B. A coffee or tea to dry.
C. A coffee and a croissant.

2. In your food is never lacking:

A. A plate of vegetables.
B. Bread in abundance.
C. Something sweet for dessert.

3. For dinner choose:

A. A single dish with vegetables, cheese and tuna.
B. A dish of rice and a baked fillet of hake.
C. Pasta chop first and second.

4. For dessert you prefer: A.

Apple, pear or orange.
B. Grape or banana
C. Flan or Macedonia

5. When you prefer to go out to dinner:

A. to a restaurant vegatariano
B. a pizzerria.
C. to a burger.

6. When you are alone at home:

A. Take a salad and some fruit.
B. Prepare anything you want.
C. Comes in front of television

7. In your fridge / freezer there is usually always:

A. Vegetables and skim milk.

7 to 10 points: I love to eat lightweight and give great importance to the line. the fact that the plants are abundant in your diet is good, but you have to take care because this has to be balanced.
